Government cannot give anything to anybody that it doesn't first take from somebody else.

Whenever somebody receives something without working for it, somebody else has to work for it without receiving.

Every form of Government Run Welfare, from Food Stamps to Assisted Housing is a form of the "Take and Give" mentioned above. For the first time in American history we have more people taking government assistance than we have people paying into the tax roll. Food Stamps alone is up 50+% under the Obama administration and now we have lost our Triple A credit rating for the first time in our history.
