EMPIRE Explained

What exactly is the EMPIRE Energy System and how did it come to life?

E.M.P.I.R.E. stands for Electro Magnetic Pulse Ion Renewable Energy

      For how it all came to life… let’s start with a man named Nikola Tesla. A Genius from early Industrial age here in America. He is responsible for such things as Alternating Current…that stuff that you get from any wall outlet…Electric Motors and he is the inventor of wireless transmissions. TV, Radio, Cell Phones, just about everything we use today can all be traced back to inventions by this guy. He got some of his ideas about electricity and electrical engineering from another great American… Benjamin Franklin. He was one of our most influential Founding Fathers…but also a well-known and well respected inventor around the world. He invented such things as the Pot Belly stove, The Fire Dept., and the idea of the Public Library. Most people know he was the guy that proved the existence of electricity in the air by his little key on a kite string experiment. The proof that lightning was in-fact electricity was a “eureka” moment in man’s understanding and harnessing of electrical power. That understanding and the massive amount of power in lightning along with all the damage and even deaths that lightning strikes have caused, led him to invent the lightning rod which has saved many lives for over 200 years. We will talk more about lightning strikes and their danger later. Now back to all that power in lightning.

      Tesla asked….. Where did that energy come from? He deduced that it came from that big ball in the sky, the sun. He figured out that Solar radiation causes a charged circuit in the atmosphere, this in turn causes such things as static, lightning and other things we see, such as the Aurora Borealis, or more commonly called The Northern Lights. He developed ways to use this newfound energy but many things ranging from politics to war and the lack of technology caused it to be abandoned at that time. He never wrote down all he knew about that atmospheric energy and that information was lost when he died. Many others tried for years spending perhaps billions in research on recreating what he had accomplished. Even NASA has been involved in this quest because of the great potential both here on earth and in space. The potential of all that energy is many times greater than photovoltaic, or solar cells, and has many qualities that would make it preferable to other more conventional types of energy and has far reaching implications in furthering man’s growth both here on earth and in space.

With the EMPIRE Energy Project, we have succeeded in tapping into that energy source.

Our Energy Source

      The sun emits lots of energy in many various forms, light, heat and several types of Radiation…Gamma Radiation, Beta Rays and such. Much of the energy that the sun emits thru this ever-present cosmic radiation creates a particle chain reaction, resulting in the continuous creation of positively and negatively charged ions (anions and cations) and it creates these in MASS quantities. Some…not much, but some of this energy reaches the surface of the Earth. Much of it is filtered out by the atmosphere, and we should be glad for that. If it all reached us it would cook us in a microsecond…a bit like a multibillion amp microwave would. But the earth’s atmosphere does the job for us, so life is sustainable here on earth, using filtering thru the “Ionosphere” and other substances in the air. This filtering process is not perfectly constant, nor perfectly even. It varies in its effectiveness by several factors. The strongest amount of charged particles reach the earth at the magnetic poles, aided perhaps by earth’s magnetic energy, and the higher up in elevation you are, the stronger the particle stream in most cases. Some parts of earth just get more than others. Other things affect the amount and “flow” of this charged energy such as the Jetstream and landmass shape etc.

      Remember the aurora borealis???  That’s basically an ION storm, or a lightning storm….That’s really not 100% scientifically accurate, but in layman’s terms it is a good description. Lightning ally in Central Florida…they receive around 1 Million strikes per year and that’s in just a small 2 or 3 county area…That’s around 2 every minute. Now just think of the amount of power released by that much lightning.

      So, do we capture the lightning???   No…. not really, but we do capture that energy, we just get it BEFORE it becomes a strike…..again, relatively speaking. Example…Take a ball about a foot, 12” in diameter. If you squeeze that ball hard enough it will pop. Put a few small holes in that ball, then squeeze it and instead of popping it will just release the air inside out thru the holes…well, our collection system works like the holes. When we put our collectors in an area they grab all that power in the air…the charged Ions, and they never have a chance to pop…or in the case of lightning…strike. We don’t remove that energy or destroy that energy, we just borrow it a lot like dipping a paddle wheel in a moving stream…the water continues its path, we just borrow the energy to spin the wheel as it passes. In that same manner, we borrow the charged energy as it makes its way to ground. This changes nothing in the earth’s magnet field or any other part of how the world works. It creates no byproducts, no pollution and does not affect nature in any adverse way, and because it is energy from the sun it is perpetual, or infinitely renewable unlike Oil, Coal, Natural Gas, Nuclear or any other resource destroying fuel.

      With the removal of actual lightning strikes, by having active collectors in place, we can create a protected zone from the damage done by these high voltage strikes. Areas prone to fires sparked by these strikes as well as buildings or equipment that is damaged by strikes causing massive cost and loss of use can be better protected and more secure with the collectors in place. Areas of land unused until now can be utilized as clean safe power producing facilities with a significantly reduced cost of production as compared to conventional power production, and eliminating the byproducts or pollutants normally associated with power production. This collection goes on 24hrs a day, 365 days a year. It is not dependent on direct sunlight because it is not collecting anything from the light spectrum, but is collecting the charged ions in the air that the solar radiation has produced. It collects in good weather and in bad…and coincidentally…it collects even more energy when the weather is bad.

 With the lower fuel cost of electric power generation associated with EMPIRE, the cost of fueling alternative fuel vehicles is expected to become economical, creating not only an opportunity to generate significant revenue, but also increased public access to these transportation modes — further decreasing every individual’s carbon footprint, and greenhouse gas emissions, while simultaneously improving quality of life.

 A military capable of producing its own fuel in remote locations provides flexibility and sustainability for military operations; therefore, EMPIRE is expected to spawn versions compatible with military specifications, available via government contracts. Additionally, EMPIRE is expected to help provide the necessary electrical power for future NASA colonization of Mars. Life support, heating and cooling, light, water restoration, and communications may all be supported with EMPIRE without polluting host planets.

 Other Uses for EMPIRE

 One of the additional benefits of the collection system is that there are no lightning strikes to buildings or locations that have active collectors in close proximity. The buildup of charged particles needed to create a strike cannot happen because it is efficiently removed by the collectors before a sufficient charge can develop. Cell Phone towers, radio and television facilities and tall structures can benefit from the added benefit with even less technology in place. The energy does not have to be collected or converted but can be effectively carried to ground and provide much greater protection for those facilities. This extends to areas that are prone to fires or other damage caused by lightning strikes.

Other locations that have high charged ions in condensed locations are also prime locations to use this technology. Power plants where large electrical generators release massive amounts of charged particles would gain enhanced efficiency by having the EMPIRE collectors recover these charged particles and feed them back into the power grid. The same can be said for High Voltage Power Lines. They have long been known to lose large amounts of power thru “bleed” over long distances. With the EMPIRE system added to these power lines the losses can be fed back into the grid raising efficiency, lowering the losses and therefore the cost of that energy and providing protection to the surrounding area that sometimes suffer ill effects from this “bleed”.
